Ever since BRIDGEWATER REALTY GROUP founder Marc Ivy was a teenager, he’s been passionate about the business opportunities that lie in real estate. In 1999, Marc answered his calling to real estate. Once he saved up enough money, he invested in his first property: a duplex. That first investment ignited a blazing trail that has since seen numerous financial successes.
After gaining experience by learning from various real estate investment, brokerage, and property management groups in Tyler, Marc branched out on his own in 2013 to form BRIDGEWATER REALTY GROUP, LLC. Since the group formed, Marc and his team of real estate experts focus on three pillars in their business: investment, brokerage, and property management in the residential and commercial spaces.

BRIDGEWATER REALTY GROUP’s primary mission is to maintain a healthy balance between tenant and buyer happiness while providing enticing returns to its investors.
We build wealth for our investors by selecting residential and commercial properties with built-in equity to generate maximum returns. We then continually enhance the value through extensive property and financial management, which allows us to lower costs where needed to increase profitability. Marc Ivy
Marc Ivy is an expert and highly successful real estate investor, agent, consultant and property manager with over 20 years of experience. He was born and raised in Tyler and although is active in the DFW, Longview and Northeast Texas market, his primary focus is the jewel of East Texas which of course is Tyler.
In 2013, Marc formed BRIDGEWATER REALTY GROUP, LLC which is a full service commercial and residential brokerage and property management firm. Our focus at BRIDGEWATER REALTY GROUP is to build wealth for our clients. We do this by identifying and obtaining the highest quality, cash flowing properties and managing them to maximize top-line revenue and lower operating costs.
